妊娠妇女血清脂类及氧化型低密度脂蛋白浓度的动态变化和脐血血脂特征

摘　　要：目的国内外已有针对病理妊娠中血脂异常表现的相关研究。文中研究正常中晚期妊娠妇女血清脂类、氧化型低密度脂蛋白(oxidated low-density lipoprotein,Ox-ldl)及脐带血Ox-ldl的变化。方法选择50例正常妊娠妇女中期妊娠开始的5个不同时间点采取静脉血样,同时收集新生儿脐带血,正常非孕健康妇女20例作对照组。采用聚合免疫酶联吸附试验(enzyme-linked immunosorborbent assay,ELISA)方法对各指标进行检测。结果中晚孕期总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-c)较对照有明显增高;脂蛋白a(lipoprotein a,Lpa)值在孕37周较非孕状态下有显著升高;总抗氧化能力(total anti-oxidant capacity,T-AOC)在分娩前明显增高。新生儿脐带血中除TG与成人无明显差异外,其余各项指标TC、HDL-c、LDL-c、Lpa均偏低,但T-AOC在脐带血中水平明显偏高。结论正常妊娠中晚期血清脂质较对照组变化较大,新生儿脐带血中主要指标和成人差异明显。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of serum Ox-ldl and serum lipids in middle and late pregnancy and Ox-ldl in the umbilical cord blood of newborns.Methods We selected 50 cases of normal pregnancy,We collected blood samples from 50 normal pregnant women at five different time points of middle and late pregnancy,as well as from the umbilical cord of the newborns at delivery.Another 20 normal non-pregnant women were taken as controls.Serum Ox-ldl and other indexes were obtained and analyzed by ELIZA.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of TC,TG,HDL-c and LDL-c was significantly increased in the middle and late pregnant women,the Lpa value markedly elevated in the 37th week of pregnancy,and so was the T-AOC value just before delivery.In the umbilical cord blood of the newborns,TC,HDL-c,LDL-c and Lpa were obviously low except the TG level,which was not significantly different from that of the adult,and the T-AOC value was evidently elevated.Conclusion The serum indexes in middle and late pregnancy differ significantly from those of the normal controls,and so do the main indexes in the umbilical cord blood of the newborns from those of adults.
