摘　　要：医院在日益激烈的医疗市场中时刻面临着危机。在加强医院正常管理的同时,研究医院危机发生的原因、类型、控制和处理,以及医院危机管理的基本策略,对医院的建设发展大有益处。Hospitals are facing crises all the time in the fiercely competitive medical market.The authors hold that,in addition to strengthened normal hospital management,a deeper insight into the causes,types,control and management of hospital crises and a good command of basic strategies for hospital crisis management would greatly facilitate the development of the hospital.
