摘　　要：目的探讨拇甲瓣游离移植再造手指末节的手术方法及临床效果。方法采用拇甲瓣游离移植法再造手指末节部分缺损32例32指,14例即时再造,18例择期再造。结果 32指全部成活,经6-24个月的随访,外形有27例自觉满意;再造手指功能恢复良好,按手外科学会的手指再造功能试用标准评定：优21例,良10例,优良率为96.9%。供足初期行走疼痛,但8个月后疼痛消失,步态平稳。结论选择拇甲瓣游离移植是再造手指末节效果显著的方法。Objective To investigate the operative treatment of distal finger reconstruction with hallux flap graft.Methods Hallux finger flap graft was used to repair distal finger defect in 32 cases（32 fingers）,14 by immediate reconstruction,and 18 by scheduled reconstruction.Results All 32 fingers survived in 6 to 24 months of follow-up.27 cases got self satisfaction;Finger function recovered well.According to Society of Hand Surgery finger reconstruction functional trial standards assessment： excellent in 21 cases,and good in 10,and the excellent and good rate was 96.9%.Early walking pain was found in the donor site,but disappeared in 8 months,and gait was steady.Conclusions The hallux flap graft is the significant effect of distal finger reconstruction methods.
