摘  要:目的探讨Hybrid外固定支架治疗高能量损伤胫骨远端骨折的疗效。方法采用Hybrid外固定支架治疗15例高能量损伤致胫骨远端骨折患者。结果 15例均获随访,时间12-30个月。骨折愈合时间4-22(5.7±2.1)个月。其中1例因骨不连二期改用钢板内固定加自体髂骨植骨后愈合。根据AOFAS踝关节和后足评分为52-100(88±14)分。结论 Hybrid外固定支架治疗高能量损伤的胫骨远端骨折能有效维持骨折稳定性,软组织愈合佳。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of treating intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric femur fractures with indirect reduction and submuscular reversed polyaxial locking plate fixation.Methods 28 patients of intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric femur fractures were treated by indirect reduction and submuscular reversed polyaxial locking plate fixation.Results All 28 patients were followed up for 5~11 months.Fractures healed at 3~6 months.No complications as limb shortening,or varus deformity was found.Conclusions For patients with fractures with trochanteric extension,reverse obliquity fractures,subtrochanteric fractures associated with indwelling intramedullary hardware,patients with intramedullary canals too small for intramedullary nailing,indirect reduction and submuscular reversed polyaxial locking plate is effective.
