带绊双纽扣钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨带绊双纽扣钢板内固定治疗锁骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用带绊双纽扣钢板内固定治疗NeerⅡ型锁骨远端骨折16例。结果 16例均获随访,时间8-14个月。参照Lazcano标准结合术后X线片评定疗效：优11例,良5例。结论带绊双纽扣钢板内固定安全可靠,可重建断裂的喙锁韧带,具有手术创伤小、无需二期手术取出内固定物等优点,为治疗锁骨远端骨折提供了新的选择。Objective To probe the treatment of distal clavicular fracture by double endobutton plate.Methods 16 patients with distal clavicular fracture of Neer Ⅱ were fixed with double endobutton plate.Results 16 patients were followed up for 8 to 14 months.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by the Lazcano standard,based on pain,range of motion of acromioclavicular joint,muscle force and post-operation X-ray.According to the Lazcano standard and X-ray,11 patients obtained excellent results,and 5 fair.Conclusions Fixation with double endobutton plate makes it possible to rebuild coracoclavicular ligament which is ruptured and is to be a new method for the treatment of distal clavicular fracture,which has the advantages of minimal tmuma,safe and reliable fixation,without needing a second operation for removal of implant.
