血清瘦素检测在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和冠心病中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)、冠心病(CHD)患者血清瘦素(Leptin)水平,以及血清Leptin在OSAHS和CHD中的应用。[方法]用ELISA法检测单纯OSAHS组、单纯CHD组、OSAHS合并CHD组及健康对照组的血清Leptin水平,并计算出各受试组血清Leptin的95%置信区间。[结果]OSAHS组、CHD组、OSAHS合并CHD组血清Leptin水平分别为(9.75±8.41)nmol/mL、(13.68±11.06)nmol/mL、(22.85±8.57)nmol/mL,均明显高于对照组的(6.28±3.65)nmol/mL,P<0.01;OSAHS合并CHD组血清Leptin与单纯OSAHS组和单纯CHD组比较差异也有显著性意义,P<0.01;而单纯OSAHS组和单纯CHD组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);不同人群血清Leptin浓度95%置信区间:正常对照组为(5.35,7.22)nmol/mL;OSAHS组为(8.89,11.30)nmol/mL;CHD组为(12.49,15.98)nmol/mL;OSAHS合并CHD组为(21.35,24.01)nmol/mL。[结论]血清Leptin检测对于辅助诊断OSAHS和心血管疾病有一定意义。[Objective] To investigate the level of serum leptin in patients with obstructive sleep apnea/ hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）,coronary heart disease（CHD） and the clinical application of serum leptin.[Methods] We tested the level of serum leptin in OSAHS group,CHD group,OSAHS with CHD group and normal control group,and computed the level of serum leptin of 95% confidence interval in diferent group.[Results] The level of serum leptin in OSAHS group [（9.75±8.41） nmol/mL],CHD group [（13.68±11.06） nmol/mL] and OSAHS with CHD group [（22.85±8.57） nmol/mL] were significantly higher than that in normal control group[（6.28±3.65） nmol/ mL]（P〈0.01）;There was statistical difference of the level of serum leptin between OSAHS group or CHD group and OSAHS with CHD group（P〈0.01）;But there was no statistical difference between OSAHS group and CHD group（P〈0.05）.The 95% confidence interval of the level of serum leptin in diferent groups was（5.35,7.22）nmol/mL（control group）,（8.89,11.30）nmol/mL（OSAHS group）,（12.49,15.98）nmol/mL（CHD group）,and（21.35,24.01）nmol/mL（OSAHS with CHD group） respectively.[Conclusions] Serum leptin can help us diagnose OSAHS and cardio-vascular disease.
