摘 要:根据皮带运输机托辊用铸铁轴承座的实际工作情况,推导了计算铸铁轴承座径向载荷的分布公式。采用Pro/E软件建立了轴承座模型,在结构进行优化的基础上,利用ANSYS软件对优化后的模型进行了结构分析,通过利用Pro/E Mechanica和ANSYS Work Bench商业软件轴承载荷加载方法表明本文中计算轴承座载荷分布方法可行。Based on the working analyzing of cast iron bearing blocks which being as the support of carrying roller in belt conveyer,an calculation formula was developed to analyzing the load distribution of cast iron bearing blocks under working condition.The 3-D model of the bearing block was built and then the structure of the bearing block was optimized by using Pro/E software.By using the developed formula,the structure of the bearing block was analyzed by using ANSYS software.In order to prove the rightness of the developed formula,the structure was also calculated by using two commercial softwares of Pro/E Mechanica and ANSYS Work Bench.The results shown the developed formula is available to evaluate the bearing block load distribution.
