摘 要:文中基于计算流体动力学和数值传热学方法,利用FLUENT数值模拟软件,采用压力基耦合方程组的半隐式算法,对喷嘴水冷却系统建立了简化的三维模型。为了便于相关比较分析,在保持冷却水道结构不变而对喷嘴的结构按照孔径大小的不同设计出三种结构。并分别对三种模型的温度场进行模拟计算与实际测量。结果表明:利用计算机数值技术能够比较准确模拟喷嘴水冷却系统有关特性,模拟结果要比试验测量的结果稍微偏小,存在一定差异,但整体数据分布趋势还是比较吻合的,并为今后等离子弧喷涂枪结构的优化设计奠定基础。Based on computational fluid dynamics( CFD) and numerical heat transfer methods,the simplified three-dimensional models of nozzle water-cooling system was founded by the semi-implicit method of pressure-linked-equations with FLUENT sof tware.In order to facilitate the relevant comparison,three types of nozzle structure were designed according to nozzle diameter at the same structure of the cooling water channel,and the nozzle wall temperature fields were simulated and measured.The results show that the characteristics of the nozzle water cooling system can be better simulated.The result of numerical simulation was a little smaller than that of experiment and there is a difference, but the data distribution trend accords well with each other.The studies lay the foundation to optimize the structure design of the plasma spraying gun in the future.
