摘 要:通过对石煤提钒焙烧阶段焙烧温度和添加剂作用、配比的研究,得出了焙烧阶段最适宜的焙烧温度、入炉温度和添加剂配比范围。实验结果表明,采用焙砂水浸后渣再用稀酸浸出的方法,钒的转浸率平均可提高10%左右。In the course of extracting vanadium from bone coal, the bake temperature and addition agent are the important factors which a effect the immersion ratio of vanadium. How they a effect the immersion ratio of vanadium is studied in this paper. And the very suitable bake temperature and the proportion of addition agent are attained. Meanwhile, the results of the experiment indicate that immersion ratio of vanadium can be increased by an average of 10% dilute after the mineral is baked in the stove, then immersed by water, and at the last, the sediment is immersed by dilute acid again.
