摘 要:合成了一种结合了螺吡喃(SP)的光致变色水凝胶,即N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺共聚物水凝胶。红外光谱和溶胀实验的结果都表明,螺吡喃很好地结合进了水凝胶里。紫外-可见光谱的结果证明,合成的水凝胶具有光致变色特性,水凝胶对周期性交替的紫外光照射和黑暗条件的响应情况可以说明其光致变色的可回复性。从荧光显微镜照片可以看到,合成的水凝胶具有荧光效应,同时也说明了其光致变色的特性。而且与水凝胶的化学结合使螺吡喃在水凝胶内分布均匀。A type of photochromic hydrogel, spiropyran SP-Poly ( N-vinylpyrrolidone-co-( N-isopropylacrylam- ide) (SP-P(NVP-co-NIPAM) hydrogel was synthesized. The results of infrared (IR) spectra and swell test showed that SP was successfully incorporated into the hydrogel. The photochromism of the hydrogel was evidenced by ultra- violet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy. The photochromic reversibility of the hydrogel was tested through observing its responses to the alternating UV irradiation and dark. The fluorescence micrographs showed the fluorescent effect as well as confirmed the photochromic properties of the hydrogel, and indicated that the chemical incorporation made the SP distribute well in the hydrogel.
