摘 要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)单丝是一种新型的高性能纤维,具有很好的耐化学稳定性和耐热稳定性。阐述了PPS单丝制备的工艺过程,研究了原料及其干燥和纺丝温度、喷丝板规格、牵伸温度与倍数、热定型温度对PPS单丝性能的影响。结果表明,选择可纺性良好且干燥后含水率低于50μg/mL的切片,孔径为2mm和长径比为1:5的喷丝板,一级牵伸温度98℃,二级牵伸温度190℃,牵伸倍数为4.5倍,热定型温度210℃,所制备的聚苯硫醚单丝性能良好。Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) monofilament is a novel high-performance fiber with excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability. This paper illustrates the process for the preparation of PPS monofilament, and the influence of process conditions included raw material and its drying, spinning temperature, specification of spinneret, the ratio and temperature of draft, and heat setting temperature on PPS monofilament properties was studied. The results demonstrate that the PPS monofilament with good properties is prepared by well spinnability chip of which water content below 50μg/mL, the spinneret with 2 mm pore size and 1: 5 length-diameter ratio, the temperature of first draft and second are 98 ℃ and 190 ℃, the draft ratio is 4.5, and heat setting temperature is 210℃.
