摘  要:中国大型复吹转炉在炉龄小于3 000炉时复吹效果较好,终点钢水的碳氧积平均为0.002 3。随着炉龄增加,透气砖表面覆盖渣层加厚,复吹效果降低。炉龄大于5 000炉之后,复吹无效果,等同于LD转炉。中国大型转炉复吹技术与世界先进国家相比还有差距,需要优化顶底复吹工艺,提高冶金效果,延长透气砖寿命。Metallurgical result was better when campaign life was less than 3000 and the product of w([C])·w([O]) at the end of molten steel was 0.0023.With the increase of campaign,slag layer covering the surface of porous brick became thicker and combined blowing effect was reduced.After the furnace campaign was greater than 5000,the combined blowing effect was close to LD converter and no combined blowing effect.There was still a gap between our country and advanced countries on combined blowing technology of large converter.It was necessary to optimize the top and bottom blowing process,to improve the metallurgical effect and extend the life of porous brick.
