摘  要:根据中国钢渣处理率和处理后钢渣再利用偏低的情况,马钢新区的渣处理按照在线全处理的模式进行设计。通过自行设计的风碎渣处理线和滚筒水淬渣处理线的实际运行,对生产中存在的设备和工艺问题进行了完善,解决了风碎渣处理和滚筒水淬渣处理的诸多难题。结果表明:目前这2条线对转炉渣和钢包渣的处理率超过90%;处理后回收废钢全部返回转炉利用;回收渣根据性能分类综合利用;新区钢渣处理线实现了安全、环保、高效运行,创造了好的经济效益。Based on the low ratio of process and reuse for steelmaking slag,the online slag treatment process was designed at new steel factory of Masteel.Through the actual operation of self-designed wind crumbs processing and roller water quenching slag processing,the problems of equipment and technique were improved.The problems of the wind crumbs processing and roller water quenching slag processing were solved.The results are as follows: the process rate of slag and ladle slag have exceeded 90% at present;all the steel and iron recycled are reused in converter;the comprehensive utilization of recycle slag are realized according to its performance;the steel slag processing line are operated safety,eco-friendly and high-efficiency and created a good economic benefit.
