摘  要:大吨位的锻压机械在进行压力加工后,其液压缸和部分管道会贮存大量的高压液体,回程时如释放不当,会造成系统振动、噪声。针对高压容腔卸压时存在的问题,通过对阀口卸压过程的分析以及对卸压过程中产生冲击、振动和噪声的原因的分析,通过控制卸压过程的动量变化量,可以有效控制卸压过程中的振动与冲击。论文得出一个比较合理的卸压过程对应的节流阀口的面积与腔体压力的关系,为高压容腔快速、无冲击卸压提供了依据。A large-tonnage forging press will store a great deal of high pressure liquid in hydraulic cylinder and partial pipeline after the press-working.It can cause system vibration and noise if unsuitable backstroke releasing.According to the problems which existed in high capacity chamber pressure relief,the pressure-releasing process of high pressure chamber was carried and the causes of impacting,vibrating and cavitations noise were analyzed.It showed that the vibration and impact could effectively control by controlling the momentum variation in pressure-releasing process.A reasonable relationship between the area of throttle valve port and chamber pressure is obtained in pressure-removing process.It provided a basis for fast and non-impact pressure release of high-pressure chamber.
