摘　　要：文章对山东省历年标准发布情况、标准标龄情况、地市参与地方标准制修订情况、山东省"十一五"地方标准化规划完成情况、重要标准体系制修订情况共计5个方面进行分析,完整回顾了山东省开展服务标准化工作以来的总体情况,并对山东省服务标准化工作存在的不足以及原因进行总结,期望能为山东省"十二五"服务标准化工作的开展奠定基础。Five aspects are analyzed in the paper, namely the standards release situation over the years in Shandong, the situation about validity date of standards, the situation about prefectures participating in local standards formulating and revising, the completion situation about ＂1 lth five-year＂ local standardization plan in Shandong, and the formulating and revising situation about important standard systems. The current insufficiencies and the reasons are also analyzed, expecting to lay the foundation for the developing of Shandong standardization in ＂12th five-year＂ period.
