摘 要:针对近年炉料劣化,碱金属严重影响高炉冶炼的问题,对某钢厂碱金属对焦炭的影响进行了研究。前人大多是采用焦炭浸泡碱金属碳酸盐的方法("浸碱"法)研究碱金属对焦炭的影响,根据实际高炉炉身中下部区域,绝大部分碱金属是以气态形式存在,设计了一个吸附碱金属蒸气的装置,研究了碱金属蒸气对焦炭的影响;还研究了用来改善烧结矿低温还原粉化率的CaCl2可与高炉中碱金属反应生成不同的氯化物,并测试了不同碱金属氯化物对焦炭高温强度的影响。Aiming at the burden degradation and the problem of which alkali has a strong impact on blast furnace process in recent years,the influence of alkali on coke was studied.Predecessors mostly used the method of making the coke soak in the alkali carbonates solution("immersion") to research the influence of alkali on coke.According to the lower part of the blast furnace in which the most of alkali is in the form of gas,a equipment of adsorbing the alkali vapors was designed to research the influence of alkali vapors on coke.The calcium chloride,which was used to prevent reduction disintegration index of sinter,would react with alkali to produce other different chlorides in the blast furnace,and the impact of the different chlorides on high temperature strength of coke were tested.
