摘  要:进行了高铁用高强度无溶剂聚氨酯防水涂料配方设计、制备工艺和性能的研究,提出以"单位基团当量"这一概念作为配方设计的依据,并分析了高强度聚氨酯防水涂料性能与结构的关系。研究结果表明,双组分聚氨酯防水涂料配方设计时,A组分的单位基团当量应略大于B组分的单位基团当量;A组分中—NCO/—OH值应远大于2;聚氨酯预聚体合成中的二异氰酸酯以分步加入为宜,如此能使聚氨酯防水涂料既有较高的模量,又具有高弹性,最终体现出高强度。The high strength and solvent-free polyurethane waterproof coating for high speed rail was prepared through the researching of the formulation, preparation process and properties. The concept of "unit group equivalent" was proposed as the basis for formulation and the relationship between performance and structures of the polyurethane waterproof coating was analyzed. The results showed that the unit group equivalent of A component would be larger than the unit group equivalent of B component slightly and the ratio of NCO/ -OH of the A component would be far more than 2. The step addition of diisocyanate was necessary for reaching high modulus,high elongation and high strength of PU waterproof coating.
