摘　　要：目的 调查上海市社区中老年男性迟发性性腺功能减退症（Late Onset of Hypogonadism,LOH）患病率状况.方法 2009年11月至2010年6月在上海市浦东新区潍坊社区选取434例40-70岁的中老年男性进行中老年男子雄激素缺乏（ADAM）、老年男子症状（AMS）和国际勃起功能问卷调查,同时测定血清中总睾酮（TT）水平和超声检测前列腺、睾丸体积.结果 研究对象平均年龄为（58.2±7.4）岁,ADAM和AMS筛查LOH的阳性率分别为83.18%和62.21%;ED阳性率为76.50%,睾酮（TT）和黄体生成素（LH）水平各年龄组间均不存在统计学差异.结论 浦东新区潍坊社区中老年男性LOH筛查阳性率较国内其他报道高,ED发生率与其他报道的结果 相近.上海地区男性生殖健康形势严峻,应予以高度关注.Objective To investigate the incidence of late onset of Hypogonadism （LOH） in old and middle-aged males in Shanghai community. Methods From Nov of 2009 to June of 2010, total of 434 old and middle-aged males （40-70 years old） in Pudong Weifang area were randomly recruited and surveyed by the trained health workers using a structured questionnaire including ADAM, AMS and IIEF-5. The levels of serum total testosterone in all tested males were detected, and the volume of prostate and testicle were measured by ultra-sound. Results The mean age of the males was 58.2±7.4 years old. The positive rates of LOH screening by ADAM and AMS were 83.18% and 62.21% respectively, the positive rates of erectile dysfunction （ED） was 76.50%, level of serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone in different age groups had no significance. Conclusion The positive rate of LOH screening of males in weifang community of Shanghai pudong was higher than that from other studies, the positive rates of ED was consistent with that from other studies. The fertility health of males in Shanghai is serious and should be given much more attention.
