基于桂枝的方剂配伍规律研究在类风湿关节炎中应用

摘　　要：多功效的中药在复方中功效的发挥方向与其配伍环境等诸多因素有关,为进一步证实此"配伍理论",以类风湿关节炎中常用的具有温通经脉功效的桂枝及其配伍环境来进行验证。本文阐述了类风湿关节炎的发病与促炎细胞因子的密切关系,以及桂枝复方对促炎细胞因子的作用,提出桂枝温通经脉功效及其配伍环境对类风湿关节炎促炎细胞因子具有下调作用,以及开展此项研究的思路、方法和意义进行了说明。The effects of multifunctional traditional Chinese medicine in compound prescriptions are related to multiple factors such as its compatibility. This paper tried to confirm the ＂compatibility theory＂ with Cinnamomi Ramulus which has the function of warming and dredging meridians and its compatibility environment. In the paper, the close relationship between the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis and proinflammatory cytokine, and the effects of Cinnamomi Ramulus on proinflammatory cytokine were discussed. It was proposed that Cinnamomi Ramulus＇ function of warming and dredging meridians and its compatibility could decrease the level of proinflammatory cytokine. The train of thought, methods and significance of this research were clarified.
