青藤碱联合超声理疗治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疼痛症状的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨青藤碱联合超声理疗缓解Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疼痛症状的临床疗效。方法74例Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组为青藤碱联合超声理疗：对照组为单用超声理疗。两组治疗前后进行NIH-CPSI评分及检测前列腺液中TNF-α和IL-10水平，比较两种治疗的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前后NIH-CPSI总评分、疼痛症状评分比较，差异具统计学意义（P〈0.01）；且治疗组治疗后与治疗前比较NIH．CPSI疼痛评分改善更为显著（P〈0．01）。治疗后TNF-α、IL-10显著降低与治疗前比较，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．01）。且治疗组治疗后IL-10降低更显著（P〈0．01）。结论青藤碱联合超声理疗治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎疗效满意，联合治疗优于单一超声理疗。且IL-10水平与患者NIH-CPSI疼痛症状评分呈正相关（r=0．55，P〈0．01）。Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Sinomenine combined with Ultrasound Physical in the treatment of Pain Symptoms of Ⅲ Chronic Prostatitis（CP）. Methods Seventy-four Ⅲ CP patients were equally randomized into a treatment group and a control.The former was treated by Sinomenine combined with Ultrasound Physical,while the latter underwent simple Ultrasound Physical. All the patients were scored on NIH-CPSI and investigated the levels of TNF-α, IL-10 in Expressed Proststic Fluid（EPS） and the therapeutic results were compared between the two groups. Results In the pre- and post-treatment, the total score on NIH-CPSI and that on NIH-CPSI pain symtoms were significantly improved in the treatment group than in the control（P〈0.01）. The levels of TNF- α, IL-10 in EPS were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）.with in the treatment group, the score on NIH-CPSI pain symptoms was more significantly improved and The levels oflL-10 in EPS were more significantly decreased. Conclusion Both the combined therapy of Sinomenine combined with Ultrasound Physical and simple Ultrasound Physical are effective,and the former is even more desirable. The levels oflL-10 was directly correlation with the score of pain severity （r=0.55, P〈0.01）.
