化学性气体所致变应性鼻炎118例治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨化学性气体所致变应性鼻炎的有效治疗方法。方法对化学性气体引起的变应性鼻炎118例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,进行疗效观察,治疗组68例用康宁克通—A注射液40 mg+50%葡萄糖注射液3 m l在下鼻甲黏膜下局部注射;对照组50例用抗组胺药治疗,口服氯雷他啶及用左卡巴斯汀喷剂喷鼻腔,并将相关资料进行统计学分析。结果治疗组中治愈者43例,好转者20例,有效率92.65%;对照组中治愈者9例,好转者27例,有效率72%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康宁克通—A注射液40 mg+50%葡萄糖注射液3 m l在下鼻甲黏膜下局部注射治疗是一种安全、有效、简便的治疗化学性气体引起的变应性鼻炎的方法。[Objective]To investigate the valid treating methods of allergic rhinitis induced by chemical gas.[Methods]Totally 118 patients with allergic rhinitis induced by chemical gas,were divided into treatment group（68 cases）and control group（50 cases） for curative effects observation.The treatment group was treated by injection of Kenacort A 40 mg and 50% glucose 3 ml in submucous of inferior turbinate.The control group received medication of antihistamines including oral administration of loratadine and nasal spray of levocabastine.The related data was collected for analysis.[Results]In treatment group,43 were cured,and 20 had improvement,the effective rate was 92.65%.In control group,9 were cured,and 27 had improvement,the effective rate was 72%;the difference between them was significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The treatment of Kenacort A 40 mg and 50%glucose 3 ml in submucous of inferior turbinate was safe,effective and simple in treating allergic rhinitis induced by chemical gas.
