摘　　要：论述了目前涂敷在铝合金基材上的重防腐涂料、防污涂层体系的筛选评价方法,研究了相关的表面处理工艺,提出了适合船舶使用的铝合金用涂层体系及相关施工工艺。Heavy anti-corrosion coatings covered on aluminum alloy substrate and screening evaluation method of antifouling coatings system were discusses,the related surface treatment technology was studied,coating system used for aluminum alloy and related construction process suit for ship were proposed.
