摘　　要：目的:了解乡镇卫生院的建设现状,分别从社会效益、工作效率、经济运行状况三方面评价各样本乡镇卫生院的运行效果,确定样本乡镇卫生院的聚类分析与综合评价结果,进而为不同类别乡镇卫生院的规划设置与建设路径提供了参考方案,最终实现我国乡镇卫生院功能的最优。方法:运用TOPSIS综合评价方法,在聚类分析的基础上对研究的乡镇卫生院样本进行综合评价。结果:TOPSIS综合评价法避免了传统评价方法中因主观因素的介入而出现的偏颇,使得结果更为客观、量化更为准确,综合评价后,排序靠前的各类样本乡镇卫生院在各地区的分布较为合理。结论:运行状况良好的乡镇卫生院在TOP-SIS综合评价排序中得以充分体现,其规划设置指标的标准值,能够为同类乡镇卫生院的建设与发展提供参考与指导。Objective： To find construction situation of township hospitals by evaluating the running effect of sample rural hospitals from the social benefits, work efficiency and economic operation status, determining cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation result of the sample rural hospitals, in order to provide references for planning design and construction path of different categories of rural hospitals, eventually realize optimal function of rural hospitals in our country. Methods ： Based on the cluster analysis, the comprehensive evaluation of township hospitals were made using TOPSIS. Results： TOPSIS could avoid the biased of subjective evaluation, which made the result more objective and accurate, after comprehensive assessment, it＇s more reasonable for the regional distribution of sample rural hospitals that was sorted in front. Conclusion： The township hospitals running well fully appeared after the rank, and their standard value of planning can be a good refer and guide for the construction and development of other township hospital.
