摘 要:无机纳米粒子由于表面效应和小尺寸效应,可提高同收丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(rABS)树脂的刚性,但增韧能力有限;能与弹性体协同增强、增韧rABS树脂,使树脂的拉伸强度达37 MPa,弯曲模量达2 100 MPa,简支梁缺口冲击强度达24kJ/m^2,接近ABS原料的强度,避免了弹性体增韧不增强的缺点。特殊的无机纳米粒子(如纳米ZnO)具有光屏蔽效应,能提升rABS的耐候性,而且可与光稳体系协同,大幅延缓rABS树脂的老化。Inorganic nano-particles could improve rigidity of recycled acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer (ABS) due to its surface effect and small size effect, though their toughening efficiency appeared to be finite. The inorganic nano-particles together with elastomer could synergistically reinforce and toughen the recycled ABS, making the resin acquire the tensile strength of 37 MPa, flexural modulus of 2 100 MPa and notched Charpy impact strength of 24 kJ/m^2. Such modification endowed the recycled ABS with strength close to that of virgin ABS material and overcame the disadvantage of the elastomer which originally possessed just toughening ability but lacked of reinforcement function. Certain special inorganic nano-particles with light shielding effect, like nano-ZnO, could improve the weatherability of the recycled ABS and moreover, delayed aging of the recycled ABS significantly when being used together with light stabilizer.
