摘  要:利用超临界CO_2发泡制备微孔发泡塑料是当前的研究热点,具有发泡效率高、绿色环保、对制品的机械性能及外观影响小等优点。综述了超临界CO_2微孔发泡塑料的研究进展。介绍了超临界CO_2的三种发泡机理:均相成核、非均相成核与外力场加强成核机理。概述了间歇式、半连续式和连续式发泡工艺,阐述了发泡过程中防止泡孔黏结、破裂的方法及发泡过程的影响因素提出了对超临界CO_2微孔发泡塑料的展望和建议。Preparation of microcellular foamed plastics with supercritical carbon dioxide was considered as the current research focus for its advantages of efficient foaming, environmental protection and less impact on mechanical properties and appearances of the finished products. This paper reviewed the progress in studies on microcellular foamed plastics prepared with supercritical carbon dioxide; introduced the foaming mechanism of homogeneous nucleation, heterogeneous nucleation and external force field enhanced nucleation; summarized the foaming methods such as intermittent foaming, semi-continuous foaming and continuous foaming; expounded the methods of preventing microcellular from conglutination and rupture as well as the influential factors during the preparation of the microcellular foams. Expectation of and suggestions on the microcellular foamed plastics prepared with supercritical carbon dioxide were presented.
