自制外用软膏治疗痔的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察自制外用软膏治疗痔的临床疗效及安全性，为痔的临床治疗用药寻求一种新的有效选择。将符合纳入标准的128例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组63例,对照组65例,治疗组使用自制外用软膏外用治疗。每日早晚各一次．10d为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后观察内痔、外痔、混合痔的临床疗效。治疗前后主要观察指标为便血、疼痛、脱出、水肿、坠胀，并对疗效进行统计学分析。结果显示．两组患者疗效比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结果表明．自制外用软膏对各种培的主要临床症状均有较好的改善作用。For the objective of observing the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of self-made external ointment for hemorrhoids and searching for a new and effective choice to clinical medicine for hemorrhoid,authors randomly divided 128 patients who accorded the recruiting standard into treatment group （ n --63） and controlled group（ n =65）. The two groups used self-made external ointment for hemorrhoids and JiuHua ointment respectively： 1 time early. 1 time/night, per day： 10 days, per treatment course. After one treatment course the clinical therapeutic effects of internal, external and mixed hemorrhoids,as well as main symptoms such as hematochezia, pain. prolapse, edema, and tenesmus befor and after the treatment were observed and analysed statistieally. As results, in treatment group the therapeutic effects for main symptoms were superior to that in controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that the self-made external ointment has better improvement effect for main symptoms of various hemorrhoids.
