金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴配合微波治疗炎性外痔23例

摘　　要：为观察金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴配合微波治疗炎性外痔的临床效果，将45例炎性外痔患者随机分为金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴配合微波治疗（治疗组）23例和1：5000PP液坐浴配合微波治疗（对照组）22例。结果显示，治疗组治愈率为70％，好转率为30％，对照组分别为45．5％和55．5％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表明，金玄痔科熏洗散坐浴配合微波治疗对炎性外痔肿胀、疼痛有明显的改善作用，疗效确切，使用方便。The objective of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of JinXuanZhiKe Fuming Washing Powder associated with microwave in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids. The 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups.treatment group（ n =23） and controlled group（ n =22）. The both groups received the sitz bath with the powder plus microwave and the sitz bath with 1 ： 5 000 PP solution plus microwave, respectively. As results, the curative rate, improvement rate of treatment group was 70% and 30% ,while that of controlled group was 45.5% and 55.5G ,thus there was significant difference between both groups（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that sitz bath with JinXuanZhiKe Powder for fuming washing associated with microwave has great improvement efficacy for turgescence and pain of inflammatory external hemorrhoids, its therapeutic effect is certain,and it is convenient to usage.
