PPH加芍倍注射液注射治疗环状痔的围手术期护理

摘　　要：为探讨PPH加芍倍注射液注射治疗环状痔的围手术期护理，对85例行PPH加芍倍注射液注射治疗环状痔的患者术前加强心理护理，做好肠道准备，术后密切观察病情变化及做好出院指导。结果显示，本组85例患者均一次手术治愈，围手术期护理措施得当，取得满意效果。结果表明，加强PPH加芍倍注射液注射围手术期的护理町减少术后并发症的发生，减轻患者的痛苦，有利于术后的康复。The objective of this study was to sum the experience on perioperative nursing in the treatment of circumferential hemorrhoids with PPH plus ShaoBei injection. The 85 patients to be received PPH plus ShaoBei injection accepted following perioperative nursing： strengthen psychological nursing and intestinal preparation before operation, closely observing their postoperative condition, and giving the direction at discharge. As results, the 85 cases were all cured primarily, the perioperative nursing measures on them were appropriately,and satisfactory outcome was obtained. Results show that in the treatment of hemorrhoids with PPH plus ShaoBei injection strengthening perioperative nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complication, relieve the pain of patient, thus is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation.
