台江县2004-2009年肠道传染病疫情态势

摘　　要：目的:探讨台江县2004-2009年肠道传染病流行情况,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法:采用描述流行病学方法对台江县2004-2009年肠道传染病疫情资料进行分析。结果:台江县2004-2009年共报告肠道传染病4种1 014例,年均发病率为111.85/10万。痢疾发病率最高(87.91/10万),其次是伤寒副伤寒(18.86/10万)。5-10月为高发季节,占总病例数的61.14%。年龄以0～9岁为主,占总病例数的33.63%,其次是30～39岁和20～29岁,分别占17.95%和11.64%。男性发病率高于女性(χ2=84.82,P<0.01)。职业以农民(50.49%)和学生(28.50%)为主。结论:肠道传染病虽呈逐年下降趋势,但仍是台江县疾病预防控制工作重点之一。Objective To analyse the epidemic state of intestinal infectious disease in Taijiang county in 2004-2009 and to provide a scientific basis for making up strategies of prevention and control of intestinal infectious disease.Methods Analysis was conducted on normal data of epidemic state of intestinal infectious disease report system in Taijiang county in 2004-2009 by descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 1014 cases in 4 categories of the epidemic situation of intestinal infectious disease were reported in Taijiang county with an incidence rate of 111.85 per 100 thousand.The incidence rate of dysentery was the highest（87.91 per 100 thousand）,followed by typhoid and paratyphoid fever（18.86 per 100 thousand）.The peak season was from June to August with the cases accounting for 61.14%.The cases in children under 10 years old accounted for the largest proportion（33.63%）,followed by 30～39 age group（17.95%） and 20～29 age group（11.64%）.The incidence rate of intestinal infectious disease was higher in males than in females（χ2=84.82,P0.01）.Most cases of intestinal infection were found in farmers（50.49%）and students（28.50%）.ConclusionThe overall incidence of intestinal infectious diseases declines year by year,but prevention and control of the diseases are still the priority in Taijiang.
