长蛇灸对强直性脊柱炎患者血清基质金属蛋白酶3及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1的影响

摘　　要：目的：观察长蛇灸对早中期强直性脊柱炎患者血清基质金属蛋白酶3（MMP-3）和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子1（TIMP-1）的影响。方法：将60例早中期强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用长蛇灸进行治疗;对照组30例,口服柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血清MMP-3和TIMP-1水平的变化。结果：两组患者治疗后血清MMP-3明显下降（P〈0·01~0·05）,但治疗组下降更显著,与对照组比较,有极显著性差异（P〈0·01）;两组患者治疗后血清TIMP-1明显升高（P〈0·01）,但治疗组升高更显著,与对照组比较,有显著性差异（P〈0·05）。结论：长蛇灸治疗早中期强直性脊柱炎,可减少致炎因子的释放,调节异常的基质降解和减少血管形成等炎症的病理因素,缓解AS炎症、减少软骨和骨质破坏。Objective:To observe the effects of Hydra moxibustion on serum matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) of patients with ankylosing spondylitis at early and mild period.Methods:60 Cases with ankylosing spondylitis at early and mild period were randomly divided into two groups,the observed group was given Hydra moxibustion to treat,the control group was given sulfasalazine to oral,the changes of serum MMP-3 and TIMP-1 in the two groups wre determined before and after treated.Results:The level of serum MMP-3 was obviously decreased after treated in both groups,the effect of observed group was more obvious than that in control group,there was significant difference between the two groups;the level of serum TIMP-1 was obviously increased after treated in the two groups,which was higher in Hydra moxibustion group than that in control group,the difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion:Hydra moxibustion could effectively treat ankylosing spondylitis at early and mild period by reducing the release of inflammatory factors,regulating abnormal matrix degradation.
