摘  要:以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(HTPDMS)改性环氧树脂(EP)能将热稳定和柔性的Si-O链引入环氧树脂固化的结构中,提高环氧树脂的综合性能。实验采用2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑作为环氧树脂的固化剂,添加不同质量分数的HTPDMS,实验结果表明:通过增容剂KH550的作用,HTPDMS可与EP发生反应,红外光谱分析表明有Si-O柔性链段引入至EP结构中。改性EP的冲击强度提高,弯曲强度、拉伸剪切强度有所降低。通过TG分析,HTPDMS改性EP起始分解温度比未改性EP低;在高温下,HTPDMS改性的EP热损失小。Hydroxyl-tenninated polydimethylsiloxane (HTPDMS) modified epoxy resin (EP) can introduce Si-O chain structure which is thermal stable and flexible into cured epoxy resin, and improves the comprehensive performance of modified epoxy resin. With using 2-ethyl-4- methylimidazole as the curing agent, adding different mass fraction of hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, the experiment is carried out, and the results show that by using KH550 as the compatibilizer, HTPDMS reacts with EP, the infrared spectroscopy showed that Si-O flexible chains is introduced into the EP structure. The impact strength of EP is improved, but the flexural strength and tensile shear strength decreases. By TG analysis, the starting decomposition temperature of HTPDMS modified EP is lower than the unmodified one; at high temperature, the heat loss of HTPDMS modified EP is small.
