摘　　要：从人类对脂质的需要和油料产品的深加工利用潜势，预测出油料市场广阔。又从油菜在高原的生物优势。适应性和抗灾能力，论证了油菜在青海省农业中的优势地位。提出扩大油菜种植面积，发展油菜产品加工，是青海省农业经济发展新的增长点。The paper forecasts the broad prospects of oil and market after analy the need for oil Potentials of iil Processing;discusses agricultural position of Brassica campestris in Qinghai province owing to its biological superiorities, adaption and disaster resistance;and puts forward thta expanding Brassica Compestris plantation area and developing the production processing will be a new econonic iocreasing point.
