摘  要:目的观察局灶性光热作用技术治疗面部痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的安全性及疗效。方法采用2940nm Er:YAG像素激光治疗54例轻中重度痤疮瘢痕患者,其中光斑7mm×7mm或者9mm×9mm,长脉宽1200~1400mJ,照射4~6遍。每4周治疗1次,共3~6次。治疗后3个月评估疗效和安全性。治疗前后使用Dreno的ECCA权重评分表对瘢痕部位进行评分统计。结果治疗后凹陷性痤疮瘢痕改善程度平均为52.12%。治疗前后ECCA分值有统计学差异(P<0.01)。治疗后未出现色素沉着、色素减退及瘢痕形成等不良反应。结论 局灶性光热作用技术治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕安全有效。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficiency of fractional photothermolysis technology in the treatment of atrophic facial acne scars. Methods Fiity -four patients with mild to severe atrophic acne scars received the 2940 nm Er: YAG Pixel laser with a spot size 7 mm ×7 mm or 9 mm ×9 mm a pulse energy of 1200 - 1400 mJ/P. They were treated four to six times at an interval of 4 weeks. The efficiency and the side response of the therapy were evaluated 3 months after the treatment. B. Dreno5 ECCA scoring scale was used to score the ache scar before and after treatment and to compare these data. Results After treatment, ECCA scores decreased by 52.12%. There was significant difference in ECCA before and after treatment (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no side response, such as hypo - or hyperpigmentation and scar formation during the treatment. Conculsions Fractional photothermolysis technology is an effective treatment of face atrophic facial acne scars.
