心电图电压指标与高血压病室壁相对厚度的关系

摘　　要：目的以心电图电压指标估算M-型超声心动图(ultrasonic cardiogram,UCG)测定的室壁相对厚度(relative wallthickness,RWT)。方法收集高血压病患者224例,测量R_1、R_(aVL)、R_(avF)、S_Ⅲ等,求得R_1指数、R_(aVL)指数、R_(aVF)指数、Sokolow指数、Cornell指数、Gubner指数,分析心电图指标与UCG测定的RWT的相关性。结果心电图指标与RWT相关性普遍较低,相关性最好的为R_(aVL)指数。结论 高血压病患者心电图指标与RWT的相关性普遍较低,但R_(aVL)指数能在一定程度上作为预测RWT的指标。Objective To study the echocardiogram voltage index in order to estimate the relative wall thickness （RWT） measured by M - mode ultrasonic cardiograms （UCG）. Methods 224 patients with hypertension underwent measurement of R1、RaVL、RaVf、SⅢ, etc, to obtin R1 index, RaVL index, RaVF index, Sokolow index, Coruell index, and Gubner index. Correlation between these indicators and UCG electrocardiogram measured RWT＇s was analyzed using linear regression. Results The correlation between ECG index and RWT was generally low but was the highest for the RaVL index. Conclusions In hypertensive patients, the correlation between electrocardiographic indicators and RWT is generally low, but RavL index can be used to some extent as a predictor of RWT.
