摘　　要：国际台已投入使用的支撑现有多媒体采集、制作和发布的"多媒体资源共享平台",构建了拥有广电特色的、具有可持续发展能力的"私有云"平台;目前正在通过不断扩展建设"私有云"平台,实现对所有媒体、特别是新媒体制作和发布的支撑。未来将一方面构建新媒体时代的三屏融合的播控平台,为各种新媒体提供不同承载方式的传播手段;另一方面推动相应技术在合作单位的推广应用,为形成"云连云"的沟通合作平台进行技术储备。By technology integration, cooperating with business development of new media, such as web radio, web TV, mobile radio, mobile TV, mobile internet and so on, China Radio international builds a unified technology system which realizes multimedia interconnection and resource sharing. The system makes complex use of traditional media content resource on new media technology platform, realizes interinfiltration in different forms of media, establishes intensive operation mode, and gets large-scale propagation effects. This paper discusses construction of broadcasting & controlling platform for three screen convergence in new media era.
