摘　　要：文章从科技发展与法制建设的辨证关系出发。Starting from the dialectical relation between the development of sci-tech and the construction of legal system, this paper analyses the mutual promotion between sci-tech and legal system, and also analyses the developing situation of our country's sci-tech legal system at persent.
