摘 要:水平井压裂起裂压力对压裂施工至关重要,其中射孔参数对压裂起裂压力的影响更为重要。为了弄清射孔参数对起裂压力的影响,优化射孔参数,改进水平井压裂设计,以水平井压裂起裂压力为研究对象,结合井筒应力分布模型,考虑射孔完井水平井的起裂压力,应用江苏油田某水平井压裂施工数据,分析了水平井井筒方位角、射孔方位角、射孔相位角、定向和非定向射孔对起裂压力的影响。研究结果表明:水平井井筒方位角和射孔方位角是影响压裂起裂压力的主要因素。优化出适合江苏油田水平井压裂的射孔参数,即沿着最小主应力的方向布置水平井井筒,采用定向射孔时,射孔方位角为0°~15°,射孔相位角为180°;采用非定向射孔时,射孔相位角为60°或120°。The fracture pressure of reservoir is crucial to the hydraulic fracturing horizontal well,and the perforation parameters on fracture pressure is very important as well.In order to understand the concrete influence of perforation parameters on the fracture pressure,the perforation parameters are optimized,horizontal well fracturing design are improved,and the fracture pressure of horizontal well is studied.Based on the borehole stress model,the calculation of the fracture pressure on the horizontal well of perforated completion,and combined with the application of horizontal well of Jiangsu oilfield,we analyzed well bores' azimuth,perforations' azimuth,phasing angle,directional and non—directional perforation on the fracture pressure of reservoir.Field applications show that,the perforations' azimuth and well bores' azimuth on the fracture pressure of reservoir are significant and predominant factors.The fracturing perforation parameters suitable for Jiangsu oilfield horizontal well are obtained,that is,along the minimum principal stress direction,adopting directional perforation,and perforations' azimuth of 0-15° and phasing angle of 180°;if adopting non-directional perforation,phasing angle of 60° or 120°
