剪切作用对疏水缔合聚合物溶液分子聚集行为的影响

摘　　要：为了研究多孔介质的剪切作用对聚合物溶液结构和性能的影响,采用荧光探针法,对经多孔介质剪切的疏水缔合聚合物溶液分子聚集行为进行了研究。结果表明,多孔介质剪切作用对疏水缔合聚合物溶液分子的聚集行为有着显著的影响。经过多孔介质剪切后,疏水缔合聚合物溶液的发射峰值、激基缔合峰值明显增大,第3发射峰与第1发射峰的比值增加,激基缔合峰和发射光谱中单体发射峰的最大比值明显增加;P6溶液聚集数由剪切前的143.69增加到剪切后的191.59,P9溶液聚集数由剪切前的287.39增加到剪切后的574.77,表明多孔介质剪切作用增强了聚合物分子在溶液中的缔合作用。因此,可利用外界条件的作用,增强疏水缔合聚合物溶液中的缔合作用,使聚合物溶液中形成布满溶液的网络结构,为实现在高渗透多孔介质中建立流动阻力和降低水相渗透率提供技术思路。With respect to porous media shearing, the alteration of molecule assembling behavior in the hydrophobic associative polymer solution is studied by Fluorescent probe technique. The research shows that the porous media shearing has great influence on the molecule assembling behavior: the emitting peak value and the peak of the excimer's Ie of hydrophobic associative polymer solution are obviously increased after porous media shearing, as well as the ratio of I3/I1 and the maximum of Ie/Im. The aggregation number of P6 solution increases from 143.69 to 191.59, and the number of P9 increases from 287.39 to 574.77 after being sheared, which shows that the porous media shearing can enhance the association action of polymer molecule in solution. Thus, some reasonable hydrophobic monmer content and outside condition can make the molecule of hydrophobic associative polymer form a net construction all over the solution, which can give us a good method to establish tlow resistance and decrease the water phase permeability.
