摘 要:根据端部脱砂压裂充填防砂机理可知,疏松砂岩油藏压裂防砂改变了流体的流动模式,将压裂前的径向流转变为压裂后的双线性流,从而大大减小了近井地带的压力梯度,降低了流体流动冲刷和携带微粒的能力,既满足了防砂要求,又实现了油井增产的目的。通过研究压裂防砂端部脱砂的形成条件,确定了压裂防砂施工参数的基本计算方法,结合老河口油田老168区块的储层应力特征,进行了压裂防砂可行性分析,模拟结果显示,老168-斜16单井裂缝平均铺砂浓度为30 kg/m2,利用端部脱砂压裂防砂技术在该区块实施了12井次,防砂施工成功率达100%,防砂后平均单井产油量为12.82 t/d,防砂及增产效果明显,为该区块的高效开发提供了可靠的技术手段。Based on the tip screening out frac-pack sand control theory, the frac-pack sand control in unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs changes fluid flowing mode in the pay zones,that is, from radial flowing mode to bilinear flowing mode, so as to reduce the pressure gradient near wellbore, and therefore reducing the scouring ability and carrying ability of formation fluid. The technique can not only meet the demands of sand control but also implement reservoir stimulation. A basic parameter algorithm is proposed herein for the frac-pack field job after studying on the forming of tip screening out as a key point. Then, the algorithm which we proposed is combined with the formation stress features of Zhuangxi Lao168 block. After that, the feasibility study of frac-pack sand control is presented. This technique is implemented in 8 wells in the Zhuangxi Lao168 block. Success ratio of field is 100%. Average sanding up concentration of single well is 30 kg/cm2, and average daily production is 25 m3/d after the implementation.The field pilot is of good performance, and provides a reliable technique for the high efficiency development of Zhuangxi Lao168 block.
