射钉法测量板坯凝固坯壳厚度的应用实践

摘　　要：介绍了利用射钉法在邯钢板坯连铸机测量铸坯凝固坯壳厚度的情况。利用射钉法测定出坯壳厚度,根据凝固定律,可计算出连铸机的综合凝固系数和铸坯液相穴深度,为优化二冷配水等提供依据。The situation of using nail-shooting technique in the shell thickness measuring of Han Steel continuous slab caster was introduced. According to the solidification law,the thickness of the shell can be measured by the nail-shooting and the synthetic solidification coefficient,as well as the liquid core length of billet can be calculated,which provided the foundation of the optimal secondary cooling.
