摘　　要：结合邯钢生产实践,对板坯连铸机铸坯轧后拉伸试样分层缺陷原因进行分析并提出了预防措施,有效减轻了铸坯中心偏析及疏松,提高了铸坯实物质量,减少了铸坯轧后分层缺陷。Combing with production practice,tensile fracture layer defect of rolled slab of HanSteel slab caster was analyzed and preventive measures were put forward. The center segregation and center porosity could be relieved,the product quality could be improved and the tensile fracture layer defect of rolled slab could be reduced effectively.
