摘 要:段六拨油田是大港油田南部油区的主力区块。随着注水开发的深入,逐渐暴露出平面和层间矛盾突出、累积亏空大及产量递减加速等问题,严重制约了油田的稳油增产。以建立注采平衡与产能调整为重点,建立更为直观与符合实际的产能调整模型指导挖潜对策,运用油田水驱规律及精细油藏描述方法,突破了以往的地质认识。通过研究使得注采井网得到了进一步完善,层间注采对应关系增强,在新的地质认识指导下的井网加密成效颇丰,新井累积产油量为1.02×104t,新建产能达4.5×104t。Duanliubo oilfield is one of the major block situated in the east of Dagang oilfield. As the progressive development goes on, some problems are emerged, such as obvious planar and interlayer contradictions, lack of water injection and decline of crude oil production. These problems limit the production and reserves increment greatly. In order to realize the injection- production balance and build a production adjusting model more direct and practical to extract the production potential, a series of measures including water injection rules and geologic research are launched. Using water-flooding laws and rules of fine reservoir description, new treatment has been found. As the work is directed by the new understanding to the Duanliubo oilfield, well pattern and injection-production system and formation correspondence are improved. Through the analysis on the layer of Duanliubo oiifield, better development performance has been realized by the production potential extraction. New well cumulative oil production has been raised by 1.02×104t, and production of whole oilfield by 4.5×104t.
