摘  要:针对经营未开发低品位油藏可解决中国石油的供需矛盾,借鉴高品位油藏经营的思想,综合应用投入产出分析、风险分析、因子分析、关联分析、综合效益分析、敏感性分析、优惠政策效益分析及现金流法、风险投资决策方法及油田优化决策方法,系统地研究了最佳经营未开发低品位油藏的思路和方法。参照石油行业对高品位油藏的经济评价依据和项目的经济可行性,提出了未开发低品位油藏经营效益的评价新标准;设计了合理、持续有效地经营该类油藏的模式方案;形成了油田企业经营未开发低品位油藏所采用的经营方式和享受的开发优惠政策的经营模式新理论。实例研究表明,该方法能够为油田企业制定经营未开发低品位油藏的最佳模式提供理论依据。In view of the problems pending to be solved for the undeveloped low-grade reservoirs that is important to meet the demand of energy consuming in China, this paper references the idea of high-grade reservoir operation, and applies comprehensive input-output analysis, risk analysis, correlation analysis, and combines benefit analysis, sensitivity analysis, benefit analysis of preferential policy and the method of cash flow, the methods of risk investment decision and oilfield optimization decision, to study systematically the idea and method of optimal operation undeveloped low-grade reservoirs. Referring to the economic evaluation on petroleum industry for high-grade reservoirs and economic feasibility of the project, a new evaluation criterion of operational benefit of the undeveloped low-grade reservoirs is presented; the mode scheme operating on these reservoirs reasonably and effectively is designed; and a new theory of operation mode is adopted for business patterns, and the development preferential policies by oilfield enterprises on operating undeveloped low-grade reservoirs are formed. The case study shows that the method in this paper can provide the theory reference for oilfield enterprises to formulate the optimal mode of operating undeveloped low-grade reservoirs.
