摘 要:近钻头伽马射线成像工具是一种全新的测量工具,它不但具有随钻地质导向的能力,而且还能进行伽马射线测量等功能。不管这个工具在井里是划动还是旋转钻井,它都能记录连续影像然后通过遥测系统发送到主随钻测井管柱并将数据发送到地面。而且,在管柱滑动时,工具不仅能够扫描与井壁接触的四分之一圆周的数据存贮然后传送至地面,而且还能以八分之一圆周为单位对全井壁进行数据测量,解决了传统伽马射线工具所不能实现的在超薄油藏中的地质导向问题,实现了在超薄油藏中实时精确判断地层属性、准确导向等功能。本文对近钻头伽马射线成像工具的结构及测量方法进行了调研,并对其在阿拉斯加油田中的使用情况作了分析,为该技术的继续发展提供了科学的理论依据。This paper is talking about a new,azimuthally sensitive gamma at bit imaging tool which can be used to geo-steering and also can provide gamma measurements very close to the drilling bit while drilling.Continuous image logs are recorded and telemetered to the main LWD string and ultimately in compressed form to the surface,whether the tool is rotating or sliding.When rotating,data can be recorded in quadrants,octants,or hex-decants.When sliding,quadrants data is recorded.Typically,quadrant data is compressed and sent to the surface in real time,although other data densities are possible.Fortunately,traditional gamma tools don't have these features.This paper discusses the newly released gamma at bit imaging tool and its incorporation in an adjustable bent housing motor.Also a field example is presented to demonstrate the geo-steering capabilities of this system in a ultra-thin reservoir within a complex geological environment.And this paper provides the scientific base for the further development of this technology.
