艾灸胃经穴对大鼠胃黏膜损伤的修复效应研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸胃经穴对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的保护及修复作用。方法:40只健康SD大鼠随机分成4组:正常组、模型组、艾灸胃经穴组、艾灸对照点组。采用水浸束缚法制作胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,检测各组胃黏膜溃疡指数、溃疡面积和出血指数。结果:艾灸胃经穴组和艾灸对照点组的溃疡指数、出血指数及溃疡面积显著低于模型组,与其比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);并且艾灸胃经穴组与艾灸对照点组相比更低(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸胃经穴对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤具有很好的修复作用。Objective：To observe the protecting and repairing effects on the gastric mucosa damage in rats with moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints Methods：40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,stomach meridian group and control meridian group.Then the gastric mucosa damage rates were test after the different treatment of moxibustion.Results：Compared with model group,the reduction of the gastric mucosa lesion index and the rehabilitation of microstructure of gastric mucosal tissue in stomach meridian group and control meridian group were significant（P〈0.05）.Furthermore,the effect of moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints were more evident than that of moxibustion at control meridian acupoints（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Moxibustion at stomach meridian acupoints can protect and repair the gastric mucosa damage of rats.
