附子“樟帮”法炮制前后TLC和HPLC的研究

摘　　要：目的:比较附子经"樟帮法"炮制后,化学成分的变化。方法:利用TLC和HPLC对附子以及樟帮炮制品种临江片进行化学成分分析。结果:附子炮制前后TLC图谱以及HPLC图谱表明有多个新增成分出现,双酯型生物碱含量大大下降,个别成分含量有所增加。结论:附子炮制前后化学成分有显著的变化。Objective：To compare changes of Aconite which concocted by Method of Zhang Faction in chemical composition.Methods：Using TLC and HPLC to analysis sample of Aconite and its processed products,and comparision the differences of chemical constituents before and after processing.Results：After processing,TLC and HPLC profiles map of processed products that occur more than one new composition.Diester alkaloids content decreased significantly,and some components were increased.Conclusion：Chemical composition of Aconite changes significantly after processing.
