摘 要:采用湿法将氢氧化钙负载于活性白土上制备了碱性白土,再使用碱性白土脱除直馏柴油中环烷酸。考察了脱酸温度、脱酸时间、碱性白土用量及柴油酸度对脱酸效果的影响,并采用二次逆流脱酸工艺。结果表明,当柴油酸度为34 mgKOH/100 mL时,在60℃下,碱性白土用量为每升柴油8.3 g,脱酸60 min,柴油酸度可降至2.03 mgKOH/100 mL;采用二次逆流脱酸工艺,当柴油酸度为40 mgKOH/100 mL时,碱性白土用量可降至每升柴油6.0 g,脱酸后碱性白土有机酸含量达24%,可作为有机膨润土使用。采用碱性白土吸附脱酸具有吸附剂用量少、操作简单等优点。A kind of alkaline activated clay was prepared by loading calcium hydroxide to activated clay in a wet process, and was used to remove the naphthenic acids from straight - run diesel oil. The effect of deacidification temperature, deacidification duration, alkaline activated clay usage and diesel fuel acidity on naphthenic acids removal was studied. Two times counter - current deacidification process was adopted. The results have shown that the diesel fuel acidity can be reduced from 34 mgKOH/100 mL to 2.03 mgKOH/ 100 mL when alkaline activated clay usage is 8.3 g per liter diesel oil, the deacidification temperature is 60 ℃ and the deacidification duration is 60 min and that the alkaline activated clay usage can be reduced to 6.0 g per liter diesel oil when two times counter - current deacidification process was used to treat the diesel oil of the acidity of 40 mgKOH/100 mL with the alkaline activated clay after deacidification, which contains as high as 24% organic acids, being used as an organophilic bentonite. The deacidification process with alkaline activated clay has the advantages of small adsorbent usage and simple operation, etc.
