摘 要:近年来自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生和社会安全等领域的突发公共事件频繁发生,不仅造成了严重的经济损失,而且夺走了数以亿计的生命,对全人类的生存和生活构成了严重的威胁。加强对突发事件应急决策的研究,不断提高政府预防和处置突发事件的能力,做好社会管理工作,是关系公众安危及国家安全的大事。主要从复杂数据类型的存储、分析、集成研究,突发事件信息管理系统研究,多目标动态应急决策研究三方面介绍了突发事件应急决策研究的状况,并阐述了其发展趋势。In recently years, public emergencies such as natural disasters, accidents disasters, public sanitation and social security occured frequently, which not only caused serious economic losses, but also claimed hundreds of millions of lives, furthermore, caused a serious threat on human survival and lives. It is important to strengthen the research on emergency decision-making, advance the government's ability of preventing and handling emergencies, and help do well in social management, which are essential items related to public safety and national security. This paper introduces emergency decision-making research situation from three aspects researches on storage, analysis, and integration of complex data types, emergency information management system, and multi-criteria dynamic emergency decision-making, as well as describes its development trend.
