摘　　要：新《医院财务制度》适应医药卫生体制改革的要求和医疗卫生事业发展、医院运行环境的变化和实际工作需求,从完善医院财务管理体制建设和规范医院财务信息质量标准,提高财务数据的可用性两方面提出加强医院内外财务监督要求,促进医院规范财务行为,完善内部管理,加强自我约束机制,提高资金使用效益。To match the requirement of health system reform and health care development and to fit for the changing environment of hospital operation,financial supervision is presented in aspects of improving hospital finance management system and standardizing hospital finance information quality and to promoting the usage of financial data to regulate hospital financial work,improve internal management,strengthen hospital self restraint mechanism and improve the efficiency of capital usage.
