摘  要:针对海洋环境监测工作的实际需要设计了一套适用于多类监测站点的海洋信息自动监测数据采集系统。系统由台站监控计算机(上位机)和现场采集器(下位机)两部分组成;通过专网进行数据传输。监控计算机作为TCP服务端,向采集器发送命令并接收数据;采集器作为TCP客户端,读取传感器数据并根据命令上传数据。采集器采用模块化设计,接口功能强大,能兼容连接水文、气象、浪流等多类检测仪表或传感器。系统采用C语言开发下位机程序,采用Delph i和O rac le平台开发上位机软件。现场应用表明,系统运行稳定可靠、维护方便,综合效益明显,具有较大的推广价值和应用前景。According to the actual requirement of marine environment monitoring,a marine information automatic monitoring data acquisition system which was appropriate for many kinds of monitoring sites was designed.The system consisted of an upper monitoring computer in station and some under acquisition devices in field,transmitted data by a special network.The monitoring computer was used as TCP Server,sent out a command to collector and received data.The collector was used as TCP Client,read the transducer's data and uploaded data according to the command's type.The modularized design thought was used in the design of the collector.The interface of the collector was powerful,and could be compatibly connected with an instrument or sensor which was used for monitoring the marine hydrology,meteorology,or wave current,etc.C programming language was used to develop the program for the under computer.Delphi and Oracle were used to develop the software for the upper computer.The application result shows that the system runs stably reliably,the maintenance is convenient,the comprehensive benefit has increased substantially,and the system has a great popularization value and application prospect.
